Luna Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This unique role blends the relationship-driven approach of Direct Primary Care (DPC) with dynamic, flexible onsite clinic services for our community and employer partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, relationship-based care to Luna Health members.
  • Deliver a full scope of primary care services, including annual physicals, chronic disease management, acute visits, and wellness counseling.
  • Staff and support onsite or near-site employer clinics for acute illness, minor injuries, health screenings, and preventive care.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and support patients through referrals and care navigation.
  • Use modern tools (secure messaging, telehealth, text) to stay accessible and deliver timely, personalized care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • 2+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine (preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on whole-person, preventive care.
  • Excellent communicator who values time with patients and relationship-building.
  • Flexible and team-oriented; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about transforming the way healthcare is delivered through the DPC model.
